Surival Tips for you and your family

Keys to overcoming a survival situation
One of the most important things to remember about survival is fitness.
Sure we all have 10,000 rounds of ammo 1000 gallons of water and enough
food to feed 100 people for a year. But survival situations take a heavy load
on the body and mind. If you have ever been camping, hunting, or fishing
by the end of the day you are extremely tired, sore, sunburnt and ready for bed.
All of us having the luxury of going home and going to bed. This is the time to get
prepared before it happens. Thirty minutes of walking a day eating right and stress
management are key to a healthy body and mind. In survival situations take the
stress levels x10. If you are older or overweight this can take a toll on your body.
Think you can hike 10 miles with a backpack, guns, ammo, and a kid on your back
and yes a wife that is cussing at you for forgetting the make-up kit in the
backpack [ stress management]
Also take into consideration dental work. I would recommend getting all work done
now. A small dental problem can turn into a life threating one if not treated.
Any meds you your wife or kids are taking. Go get a physical make sure you are in tip
top shape now dont wait.

Defense- Guns, Ammo, knife, Self Defense classes ect.

Be A leader tell your freinds family everyone you know
be prepared for anything. Will you be ready be it a natural disaster, economy colapse, world war ect.
